Creamy Spinach Smoothie for Every Day

The health benefits of spinach can be found in every resource related to holistic health, veganism practice or the latest trend in the USA - green foods to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!

Smoothie lovers respect spinach for its nutritional value and of course, for the amazing green color it gives to the drink!

In this recipe we experimented with blending spinach and mango to see how the taste of these two will complement each other and it worked!

Enjoy Your Healthy Simple Spinach Smoothie!

Ingredients:

Make 2 glasses shown on the picture

- 400 ml (approx. 2.5 cups) Soy Milk

- 1 Mango

- 0.5 Banana

- handful of Spinach

- 1 tsp Honey

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until the desired consistency. The more you blend, the more creamy and firm the smoothie will become.
