Healthy Oat Cake For Breakfast in 20 Minutes!

The very much loved and respected oatmeal for breakfast can easily be transformed into an oat cake! How? By adding a few delicious ingredients and baking it.
This is a very simple and quick recipe that tastes great and definitely fulfills your morning appetite.
Ingredients:
- 200 g Oats
- 1 cup Soy Milk
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
- 1 Topinambur
- 1 Banana
- any Fruits or Berries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C (360 F).
2. All ingredients, except fruits and berries, mix in a blender to a coarse blend.
3. Pour the mixture to a baking dish.
4. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
5. Decorate the cake with the cut banana, berries of your choice and coconut flakes (optional)!
