Inner Peace Yoga is a practice with the main focus on deep relaxation and inner balance restoration.
Inner Peace Yoga is practised with closed eyes (once advanced). The Inner Peace flow will help to release tension in the shoulders, thyroid glands and hips, open the heart and calm emotions.
Guided Yoga Nidra session for a minimum of 15 minutes is at the end of the class.
Effects of the class are luminous: clear and quite mind, understanding of Self, acceptance of Self, relaxed body, positive and uplifting mood.
