If you prefer to hold poses (60 seconds to 2 minutes) and enjoy a meditative atmosphere in class than Eclectic Yin Yoga is for you! Eclectic Yin is a combination of Classic and Yin Yoga. Supported by the high frequency, binaural beats and buddhist chanting bowl sounds the practice will connect you to your heart and calm the mind. The class is good for practitioners who understand the meaning of meditation and are ready to step further in personal practice.
